U.S. Patent No. 12,358,261
Developed after 10 years of extensive testing, Polypave covers the entire surface of the court, and prevents cracks by reducing expansion and contraction.
Add a premium upgrade to resurfacing jobs you're already selling.
Offer something most resurfacing contractors can't.
Give customers a proactive option instead of only repairing cracks after they appear.
Give customers another reason to choose you instead of simply comparing price.

The Polypave Court Shield fabric is adhered directly to the acrylic resurfacer which has been previously installed.
Roll the fabric out onto the court surface in 50' increments.
Care should be taken not to pull the fabric too tight as this may stretch the material.
Once the fabric has been rolled out onto the surface, pour the acrylic binder solution directly onto the fabric.
Then spread the mixture onto the fabric using a flexible rubber squeegee.
Make sure the binder solution thoroughly saturates the fabric through the mesh openings and around the fabric strands.
When applying a roll of the fabric next to a previously installed roll, there should be a minimum overlap of 3" at the seam where the two rolls meet. Use the lines on the sides of the roll as a guide. Lay the lines on top of the edge of the previous piece applied.
Since 2016, the City of Raleigh has incorporated Polypave into the resurfacing of virtually every public tennis court under its management over a period of approximately six years.
Many of these courts were originally constructed in the 1970s and had already experienced decades of service before receiving Polypave. The City's continued use of Polypave across its court network is a testament to the long-term value and effectiveness of crack prevention.

Polypave comes from decades of hands-on experience in court construction and resurfacing. That experience shaped a system built to solve real problems and create new opportunities for contractors.
We'll show you how Polypave works, what it costs, and how you can make more money offering it.
We offer comprehensive on-site training for our certified installers.
